Five stars all the way around. The Virtual Blade and the Putco brand. The 15″ blades fit perfectly in the grille bat of my 2024 Ford Maverick XLT. Only slight modifications needed. Customer service is outstanding. Remember “friends don’t let friends stick cheap Amazon light bars on their trucks”!
I wish that both rows of LED lights worked as DRL and not just the single white LED row. I don’t use the amber LED strip at all. If the amber LED strip worked as a turn signal that might be OK.

The Putco blade came in greatly packaged, very secured with foam to prevent it from moving around. I got the Non-Strobe version so installation was easy, the instructions are so clear and better than some other brands out there. It took me no more than 30 minutes to install it with minimum difficulty. I happen to have a switch system and I Plugged it to that unit making my install more enjoyable and a lot faster.
Purchased 37″ Pair (w/o remote) for my 2023 Yukon Denali with black Denali grill.
To be honest, the white-ish front of the bars did not look good against a black grill. But, the lights themselves looked gorgeous so I was determined to make them work.
I purchased a $10 Vivid taillight smoke kit from Amazon and set about tinting the front of the lightbars. This actually worked amazingly well and the light blended so much better with the grill!
The next step I took was that I wanted to also see what the lightbars would like on the INSIDE of the grill instead of the outside. So I popped the screws needed, leaned out the grill and to tell you the truth I absolutely LOVED how the looked from behind the Denali grill…almost like Raptor lights.
The start-up works flawlessly, and between the lightbars and the lighted GMC logo on the grill, I couldn’t be happier with the overall look.
My only comment is that I would like to have some more options for the harness in terms of plugging into the headlights instead of always having to be on all the time with the DRL. This is minor because it looks amaze-balls, but just thinking out loud that an option to do startup sequence and then turn off until headlights come on would be a cool option.
Overall, I love the look of these blades after a few aftermarket adjustments for aesthetics! By far the best lightbars I have found!
I ordered the DRL 37-inch light bar for the grille on my 2023 Chevrolet 2500HD High Country. Everything that I needed was in the box. The light bar is protected by the included module that protects the LEDs from burnout. Putco provides a three-year warranty unlike its competition. Putco has been in business a long time and their products are sold by dealerships which is a plus. Putco is a great company to do business with.
I got scalped with a no-name brand DRL grille light bar. Happy to see that Putco Finally released a Blade for the Grilles. these things are BRIGHT!
