The Black Platinum finish was originally achieved with a very special chemical vapor deposition process under a controlled vacuum chamber that electropolishes the stainless steel with elements like Cr, Ni, Ti, Al, and Ag. As the series has evolved, Black Platinum now utilizes an advanced Physical Vapor Deposition (PVD) process, maintaining the same deep, premium black appearance while improving process control and long-term durability. Many of these products are laser etched with your favorite logo, revealing only the stainless steel finish perfectly.
