    1. I called to purchase the installation parts needed for my son in law & my truck, which was two separate shipments. Grant took the orders and said the parts would ship courtesy! I had a question about the installation and Mitchell emailed me directions right away. I purchased Putco products new for my last truck and knew I wanted to put them on my newer truck because of the quality & customer service!

    2. Boss Locker Side Rails on 2022 RAM 1500 Laramie Crew w/6ft 4in bed – 5 days from order to receipt – very pleased. But, that’s about the end of my pleasure. Packaging was definitely a failure here. On delivery, the box was in good shape. But, the box was over 6 ft long with plenty of room for things to slide around, and they did! The locker castings (end pieces) are heavy and wrapped in a single-layer piece of bubble wrap. They were loose in the box and able to slide up and down the length of one stainless steel tube. Apparently they wore thru the bubble wrap and left several fine scratches lengthwise on that tube. I don’t like it, but over time, there will be worse scratches made by me during use, so I’ll live with it. My biggest complaint is, after installing, they do not feel secure. Certainly not secure enough to hold 500 lbs as advertised. They look great and fit well, but I can easily “wiggle” them. The rubber expanders can’t possibly expand enough to fill the stake holes. Only the top rim around the holes is in contact with the expanders and I can easily rock the locker castings from side to side. Does not give a good feeling. My previous truck was a 2000 Dakota Quad Cab w/5 ft bed and over-the-rail spray in bedliner. I installed the standard Locker Side Rails on that truck when new and they were rock solid. These are a bit disappointing.
