Putco Locker® Black Boss Stainless Truck Bed Rails are the largest bed rails. These rails are 2.5 inches around and are 43% larger than most other rails. Constructed out of our NeverRust T-304 stainless steel with black Nylon ends. The rails are black powder-coated to match the black trim of your truck. California Residents: Proposition 65 Warning
I give these 4 stars because they are extremely difficult to get the rail onto the casting. I had to slam it on the ground to get it fitted all the way on the first one. For the other 3 I ended up filling the casting down to get it slip on easier. The paint on the one end of my rail is a little chipped and scratched from banging it. Other than that they fit on my pickup perfectly and installed easily.
I had a little trouble getting these rails. They were out of supplies to make so it took about 3 weeks to get. I was never given a tracking number so that was irritating. After installed the tube wiggles a lot compared to my old ones that are 16 years old. Not happy with quality that seems to be less over time. They do look very nice and overall am happy with them
